Half of UK firms to move office in the next 3 years

Almost half of mid-to-large size firms in the UK are planning to move offices within the next three years!

With the rise in popularity of home working many companies are looking to downsize their office space as staff continue to work remotely. As companies return we are seeing an increase in hot-desking and the need for having everyone in at the same time reducing.

As leases expire on rented commercial space or break clauses allow, this gives businesses a great opportunity to look for potentially better locations, facilities and more or less space.

For some ‘movers’ it will create the opportunity to buy commercial space rather than rent and for others, it will create the opportunity to build.
